Tom Homan Reminds America: “Due Process Is for Patriots, Not People Who Inconvenience ICE”

WASHINGTON D.C. — Trump’s top border adviser, Tom Homan, reassured the nation Thursday that the concept of due process remains alive and well—“just not for people who waste ICE’s time.”

“Look, if you’re a God-fearing American who pays taxes and never questions federal agents barging into offices, you’ve got nothing to worry about,” Homan told reporters. “But if you’re telling state workers to consult an attorney just because ICE shows up, you might be harboring felony-level disrespect.”

Homan’s comments came after Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers issued guidance advising state employees to contact legal counsel if questioned by ICE agents—an act Homan described as “dangerously close to treason.”

“This ain’t Canada,” Homan barked. “This is Trump’s America. You don’t get to call a lawyer just because some badge you’ve never seen before shows up demanding your hard drive.”

When asked whether the administration planned to arrest Evers, Homan smiled and said, “Let’s just say we’re treating it very seriously. You cross that line, and we’ll be there.”

Constitutional experts described Homan’s comments as “disturbing,” “authoritarian,” but “very much on brand.”
